Replace your TDI injection pump seals or adjust your TDI injection pump timing with this special flip socket for the anti-tamper screw on all 1996-2003 VW TDI injection pumps.
This tool works on all VE type TDI injection pumps worldwide. This socket is required to loosen and tighten the triangular headed anti-tamper screw on the quantity adjuster's top cover as shown in the picture. Use your 3/8" ratchet & extension to drive this socket.
Flip it around to gain access to the seal under the 24mm plug on the hydraulic head with a 24mm or 15/16" socket. The plug seal leaks on ~5% of these pumps and is now included in the Deluxe Injection Pump Seal Kit!
