These rods are designed as the ultimate upgrade for the PD100 / PD105 / PD115 (1.9 8v)
These will also fit the 90BHP and 110BHP Models
They can also be used with 2.0 BHW Pistons when boring the 1.9 8v engines to 2.0 Capacity

• 26mm tapered small end
• 50.6mm big end
• For use with Stock Pistons or 2.0 Pistons in the 1.9 Engines
• Special profiled so there is no need for grinding in the block
• 2 piece forged from 40CrNiMo steel
• Comes with ARP 2000 bolts and assembly instructions
• Shot peened and heat treated
• Weight is 575 gram with bolts, tolerance of +- 1 gram
An imperial 3/8" 12 point socket is advised for installation
H-Beam Rod Installation Instructions
Clean and inspect the rods carefully
To separate the rod,install the bolts approx 3 full threads and hold the small rod half
while you knock LIGHTLY on the rod bolts with a plastic hammer
These rods are machined down to the lowest small end tolerance, so it is always
needed to check pin fit. This should be done by a good machine shop
It is highly recommended to measure the bolt stretch instead of just using a torque
wrench.
These rods come with ARP 2000 5/16 bolts
Stretch values on the bolts are:
0.0055-0.0060 inches
0.14-0.15mm
Recommended Torque values are:
32 ft-lbs with ARP lube
43NM with ARP lube
