The New DLC Race 520 Stage 1 nozzle provides excellent fueling and atomization for extreme power (200hp+) TDIs; surpassed only by our Race 520 Stage 2.
These nozzles provided an additional 20 hp over the 0.260mm TDI-R nozzles in the VWRacingUK race car.
They have supported over 230 hp with the right equipment configuration. Not recommended for daily driver low to moderate upgrade applications. This nozzle if more for higher horsepower Stage 4 and up level builds.

Our new DLC line of nozzles come with a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty and will deliver fuel faster and with more stable flow control than the OEM type nozzles (with our calibration). The coatings eliminates the primary wear region of the nozzle and increases useful nozzle life by over 5 fold!

A cam, cylinder head work, and drive train strengthening will also improve reliability and power. These injectors are for the BIG power TDI build. Such a set up will support 200+ whp.
